Return and Refund Policy

At KindDrop Co., every package is thoughtfully curated to bring comfort, connection, and kindness to someone special. Because many of our items are personalized and prepared specifically for each recipient, we kindly ask customers to review the following policy before placing an order.

Our goal is always to treat every customer with care, fairness, and compassion.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Many KindDrop packages include:

  • handwritten cards 
  • personalized messages 
  • custom-selected gifts 
  • recipient-specific items 

Due to the personalized nature of these products, all personalized items and custom gift packages are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This policy helps ensure the privacy, quality, and integrity of every KindDrop experience.

Subscription Cancellations

KindDrop subscription plans automatically renew based on the selected subscription term.

Customers may cancel their subscription by providing at least 30 days’ notice prior to the next renewal date.

Cancellation requests submitted after this notice period may result in the next scheduled package being processed and shipped before cancellation takes effect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want every KindDrop delivery to arrive safely and bring joy to its recipient.

If an item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • photos of any damaged items or packaging, if possible 

We will review each situation individually and work compassionately with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • partial store credit

Shipping & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

KindDrop Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect mailing addresses 
  • incomplete recipient information 
  • carrier delays beyond our control 

If a package must be re-shipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

If a return shipment is approved under exceptional circumstances, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Food & Perishable Items

Some KindDrop packages may include food items such as chocolates, baked goods, candies, or treats.

For health and safety reasons, food items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We encourage customers to notify us of any known allergies or sensitivities before ordering. While we do our best to accommodate requests, KindDrop Co. cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
